Searching for help with restoring my fiberglass sailboat?

I have a 22' pearson and I wont to make her like new. I dont no ware to start. the inside paint is peeling off, and the out side is old. thank you for any help

You will need to SAND OFF all the old paint on the inside and roughen up the hull paint.  Then use a good paint, like Imron on the Hull and a good quality marine paint on the inside.  Just don't put a lot of money in the project because an old Pearson 22 isn't worth much over $1000, so just put as much money into it as you figure you can get pleasure from.
