Hi, I have a decent resume. I have some courses from a well known accredited college but have incompletes, due to personal hardships its from years ago. I plan on going back to school in a different field, but im looking for a good job right now. I dont know whether or not to keep on my resume "coursework toward a degree etc" on my resume. is it good/bad will they check. I hope to have a degree soon, but is it hurtful or helpful to have that on my resume. Its been so long since I have done a job interview and I have been a full time volunteer for the last two years. Im afraid im no longer marketable because of my volunteering, even though I did a great job and acquired new skills and accomplished much. Am I just scared or am I not competitive enough for the marketplace.

  1. Yes, your fears aren't out of the ordinary. People often fear rejection due to to their age, s*x, height, weight, race, religion, education, sexual preference, and race.

  2. Keep a good attitude positive . Dress neatly and be clean and honest. And if you have the qualifications for the job you"ll win every time. And sometimes even when you don"t have all the qualifications you walked into a job. Don"t sell yourself short..
