Searching for the Colleges in USA ?

hey.. everyone.. Could anyone tell me something about the colleges in USA.. i've heard that if anyone who has been studying in America School for 3 years(Not in Usa Others country) .. and the Toefl is not required... Is that ture ? Does anyone can answer me ...plz ? thanks very much ...

Generally speaking people are exempt the from taking the TOEFL if the applicant:

- Is a citizen of a country in which English is the official (or national) language

- Has earned a diploma from an accredited U.S. high school

- Has earned a diploma from an accredited U.S. college or university

- Has completed two years (48 transferable credit hours) from a U.S. college or university

- Has completed two years (48 transferable credit hours) from a university or college in a country in which English is the official language

Of course check with the school's you are interested in attended as they may have a different policy
