Searching for wireless networks...?

Question

my comptuer has wireless capability, there are a few spots I can pick up internet w/ no problem, now, I cannot pick up anything, is there something I need to do in order to pick it up, it just says, no networks found... but I know I can pick them up because I have before, all I need is a wireless network name... can someone help me please.

u need to get a Wifi box at your house.

it u location that changes ur internet signal. just like cell phones

The neighbor who you were stealing the internet from has turned on their security features and locked you out.

well if you dont have a wireless router you are using someone elses. so i would suggest get your own, then it will always work and you wont be stealing someones internet.

i think thats a blooming problem, esp. with linksys and net gear. i think somebody is working to fet rid of free internet or something. i hear a lot of ppl having that problem, including me. i cant get on with my ps3 anymore without an ethernet cable.

i think free, unsecured networks are being taken away from us
