searching for: frank samuel barrett , maud ethel seago & daughter cynthia p barrett who all went to u, cocle panama back in 1920's. what became of them? family searching!!

I am looking for a family member who may have died in U, Cocle. I am not sure when she died but she disappeared from the US between 1870 to 1880.  In 1880, she would have been not quite 60 years old. She was Louisa Ann Parent then had married John Sabin who died in 1873.  She could have remarried.
