Season Pass for 6 Flags?

Ok so i know when you buy a season pass for 6 flags you get like 5 or so tickets for your friends. Well if my friend gave me one of her free tickets and then i actually buy the season pass in the park will it only cost me like $55 or would i have to pay the full $90.??
