Seat Pitch of a Continental Airlines 757

Question

I am flying from Manchester UK to Ny Newark on a cointinental airlines 757-200. Has anyone ever flown this route/aircraft, if so what isthe seat pitch like? I am 6ft6 and am in economy and I am dreading the 7 hr flight.
