Seat belt for subaru imp?

hiya i am about to buy a subaru imp 99 model it only has a lap belt in middle i need a full seat belt for kids car seats does anyone know if that can be done? i live in glasgow so it would need to be a garage near me pls help thanx leanne x

Hillman use to make an Imp, it was rear engine, rear drive. Subaru make an Impreza (s****.)

It cannot be done, if it could then they would have fitted a full seat belt in the first place.

there no known alterations to the center seat belts that can be made.... youve bought a rally car.... says it all!!

yes it can be done

call around to local shops,for a qualified tech its not rocket science to fab a bracket and weld it in.
