Seat belt violation?

i received a non moving seatbelt violation that i did not pay,could they suspend my drivers license?

Depends on which state you live in but some states say if you are convicted of a moving violation (e.g., speeding, no seat-belt, etc.) your license can be suspended and more so if you have not made an effort to pay the ticket.

If you have not paid it by the said date, they probabley already have a warrant out for your arrest.
