Seattle, WA romantic night ideas?

I want to surprise my boyfriend with a whole day and night activity around Seattle, WA. (we live north of seattle right now). What I wanted to do was lots of day activities... original ideas... and then spend the night at a hotel. Have a romantic evening...

What kinds of day activities can I set up, that aren't completely random from one another... I kinda want them linked a bit... and then finish off with a romantic night at a hotel. ANd dinner...

please give me some ideas???

we are both 21. but do not drink.

Find out from the Intiman Theatre what's playing there and at the Rep (Seattle Repretory Theatre) or music? also check out the Paramont for live music shows...(I saw Buddy Guy's tribute to Jimi Hendrix there.)

GO EVERYWHERE BY CAB.

Dinner? Chandlers on Lake Union (view: lites around the lake), Anthony's at Shilshoe Bay (view: boat traffic), Ray's Boathouse on Alki (view: Seattle skyline) --West Seattle.

Theatre on Mercer Street (Intiman, The Rep, The Opera, ACT, after dinner--or the Paramount on 7th? Avenue near Boren  After the theatre, take a cab to upper Queen Anne, to "Pegasus" (young mixing crowd), or down 5th Ave toward the Space Needle (View fab. but food not that good). to the very Polynesian (& romantic) "Trader Vic's", they make a DREAMY pineapple/coconut non-alcholic drink (very Polynesian), and get a room at the Westin next door to Trader Vic's (both on 5th Avenue near Westlake).

Try like a beach theme or something. Try sailing, para-sailing, taking a walk in Alki. :)
