Seattle Sounders FC 2-1 New England Revolution: Rave Green’s third consecutive win

The visitors took the lead just three minutes into the game but the hosts responded with two goals in the same half to tilt the result to their side. The final 2-1 score line resulted in an undefeated June for the Sounders FC.

Sigi Schmid’s men took charge in the 34th minute and netted the first Rave Green goal to the score line.

However, the hosts would not settle for a tie and tallied another one six minutes later.
Good play had been evident in Seattle’s roster of late and the last game of the month was no exception for Sigi Schmid and company.

The Sounders bossed the remainder of the game with frequent shots on goal off, threatening Reis, but could not add more to the score line.
The Rave Green ended June with three wins in row to add to the two draws from the start of the month.
