Seattle craft/dried flower stores/flower markets?

Are there any retail places in Seattle to buy dried poppy seed pods? I'm trying to finish this d**n wreath for a present and can't find these things for the life of me.

In beautiful downtown Seattle there is a market that sells fresh flowers - not sure of the hours or days - however it is nationally known flower market - if they don't have them - I'm sure they know who does in Seattle.

It's the famous market where they throw the fish - from one person to another - I've seen it many times on TV.
