  1. Find a Korean or Oriental store. I don't know where you live, but there are a few here in little Augusta, Georgia, so there ought to be one where you live. You can also look online. What you're talking about sounds like arare, which tastes good, but smells pretty bad. Try cybersnacks.net. I haven't bought from that website, but my aunt, who lives in Hawaii, buys snacks for me from Wholesale Unlimited, which is the company that that website is for.

  2. I would like to suggest a visit to a Korean Import Food Store near your location.  From my previous experience with some Korean Import Food Stores in Austin, Texas, the owners of the Korean Import Food Stores just may have the item that you’re looking for.  Usually, the Korean Import Food Stores have more everyday items, music, books, etc., than just food items.

If they don’t, they are usually most helpful directing you to where you might obtain your item, or perhaps, the owners of the Korean Import Food Store will special order the item you are looking for.

A majority of the Korean Import Food Stores also carry clothing items, both traditional and modern.

Having any diagrams or pictures of the item you’re looking for is a plus for you, but if you don’t have the item diagram or picture, describe it as accurately that you can.
