Sebo airbelt k1

Question

Dear Sir,could you perhaps help me?we have a sebo airbelt k1 in for repair with flex problems-how do you split the chassiss from the casing?I suspect the rear fixing screws are under the castors but dont want to force&break any plastic items before the things even apart-grateful of any help-Paul.
