Hello,

I have the above vacuum cleaner which I have had for about 5 years now and I am more than happy with. Although I have had the light come on which highlights the bag being full or a blockage. I have changed the bag and checked for any blockages by taking it apart but the light is still on and sounding like it is blocked, do you have any idea why this is happening? Is there a piece that might need replacing?
