Sebo felix upright

Question

Hi, I just tried to put a new bag my new sebo felix and the lid wont shut. So i emptied the original bad and tried to get it to work .. same problem .. lid wont close. I have read that everything must be correctly located for it to close and have tried everything. Any tips would be gratefully received!Many thanksDebs
