  1. seems ok hard drives abit small though depends on what you want to use it for

  2. Seems a hoot (bargain) but ask to see it running first and check everything.

  3. it sounds okay.

i would upgrade the hard drive and RAM

i would not use it for gaming but if u r using it to write papers or check emails, and other programs that don't demand a lot of memory and storage it should be fine

  4. Very good deal.

  5. It all depends on what you want to do with it.  My 1st impression is that the 40GB hard disk won't last long.  But for internet, email will be fine.  It says "office" in description but I presume you won't be getting MS Office.  You can download Star Office for free so then will be fine for Word Processing too.

  6. Seems reasonable IMO

  7. for a refurbished one thats fine just take it with the saying "you get what you pay for"

    hopefully has abit of warranty?!

  8. I think its not bad when you consider that it still costs around £50-£70 for xp you can always get a larger hard drive 320gb for around 50 on ebay so id go for it the way i see it is that if you bought new it would devalue a lot more than the one your gettin

    good luck
