Second Name?

I am filling out a Temporary Residence Visa to Canada. What does "Second Name" means? is this the MIDDLE name or literally a 'second name'? thanks for ur help!

Hallo,

Yah, had to look up the form that you're filling out.  In french it means 'other name' & from perusing some other government forms they want the next name you've been given.

This may be your Middle name.  In some other countries many people have 2-4 more names given to them.  Some people have two first names then a legalized combo of the two first names.
