Second hand cars?? what should i get??

Question

hiya gang...i need to get a second hand car....ive got about £300...and im not sure what will be a good investment...im a full time student...so i need a good cheap runner...i previously had a vauxhall tigra..N reg...and the engine packed up after about a year...

im thinkinkg about a for ka.....

Don't touch a Ford Ka - for the amount of money you've got, I'd go for something Japanese for the best build quality & reliability; something like;

Ford kas are supposed to be brilliant little cars plus theyre also cheap on insurance!! ive got a peugeot 106 and its brilliant but if you have years no claims then it wouldnt cost that much. so either a ford ka or peugeots are great.

I'm an American so i am not sure what £ are really, in terms of US$. However, when purchasing a car, keep in mind that no matter how old a car is it can still be good as long as it serves its purpose. Every car my parents have owned has been a used car, except one.

try a seat. cheaper than a golf (which it is technically based on) and more value for money ! And, if you really look around, you can even get a Alpha Romeo ! now that's cool too.

You should buy Honda civic 2000.  great gas saver and low maintenance.

Ka is a good choice of car as it has cheap parts and economical, try some searches here for a used ford KA..
