Second life - your opinions?

Has anyone here used it? If so, is it any fun? Does anyone currently use it, or is it out of fashion or whatever? Wouldn't it be fun to have a group of Y!A (LGBT specifically) people on it?!

I tried it and really didn't care for it, kinda boring.

I tried it. I thought it would be totally awesome. First off you have to pay to do any of the really naughty things. Second off its the same as anyother program like it. The novelty wears off. I subscribed for a month and lost interest after like 3 days.

I got banned from SL.

Just because me and a friend did naked protests with 'Space Invaders Against Homophobia' signs, in a virtual church.

They still haven't let me back on.

(By the way, church was called Shelter, search for it and go hassle them for me)

I've used it but honestly it was really slow, very confusing and I got bored very quickly

It's really confusing at first, and it takes some getting used to. But once you get the hang of it, with talking to people and teleporting and stuff, then it gets to be a lot more fun. A lot of people I know use it still, and so do I! I don't think it's out of style...I kind of think it's just getting in to style, actually. The creators are always updating it...

I have Second Life and it's an OK game, people tend to use it for the wrong reasons. But I've joined a LGBT group on there and it's very fun.

My brother told me about it, so i downloaded it, to start my computer couldnt handle the graphics, i mean if you wanna play it you need a computer that has recently came out or a one stocked with a very good graphics card.

They i tried to move on it, and im telling you it took my 10 minutes to get across the bridge lol.

They i tried chasing someone to find out how to play, so i ran after him down this street and he drove away on the tractor lmao.

But at the end i didnt really like it so i uninstalled it lol.
