Second piercing in ears?

hey I'mm 24 and have a professional job... any thoughts on a second piercing in my ears...behind the initial...ive thought about it...but outside opinions are helpful... i don't want to look unprofessional as i am working on advancing myself

but you really should ask or observe, do any of your colleagues have second piercing?

I have both my ears pierced twice, and it doesn't look unprofessional at all. I can go to nice events, and wear a dangling earring in the first hole, and wear studs in the next hole. Or I could always wear studs in each hole. There are so many ways to switch it up when you have two holes in each ear. It doesn't hurt, and it heals very nicely. It can often give you a more feminine look because you have more jewelry.

second piercings are cute. You can wear like hoop earings then at little stud or diamond in the second hole and it is very cute. Go for it!

2nd piercing in the ear is not unprofessional looking.

It looks very nice if you have small diamonds or some colored gemstone.

Just don't go with big bling things, that is very unprofessional looking.

well, i have seven piercings in my ears. four in my right and three in my left, so personally i think a second piercing would do no harm at all. it's not like you're piercing your entire ear, in and out and whatnot. a second hole in your ear wouldn't be very unprofessional in my eyes. i think it'd be cute =)

it depends on your environment. and consider how your boss would react. would it be okay with him? ask.

i think having a second piercing is very nice.  i have it and in my top hole i have a pair of diamond studs and my bottom hole is a pair of small hoops.  it looks classy and very feminine.  id go for it.
