Hi! I delivered a baby 8 weeks ago. Mine was Episiotomy delivery in which had stitches and also vacuum extractor was used....

In the first appointment (that was after one week of delivery ) doctor gave me medicines for pain relief and ointment. She asked me to come after 6-7 weeks which is due now. I had taken the appointment for Monday.

I was wondering will there be any tests?????? Just curious to know? Please help!!!!!

  1. 1st CONGRATS ON THEY BABY :)YES she will stick her fingers up you know where, to make sure your uterus went to where it was supposed to go and that it is back down to size, she will also push on the lower part of your tummy!! it hurts im not going to lie but so does the first time you have s*x after having the baby. sorry but we all go through it but you will do fine(i mean you already gave birth and nothing hurts as much as that!!!:)

  2. I can't imagine there being any tests. The doctor is probably just wanting to be sure that you healed from the episiotomy. They might ask if you want a pap done, but otherwise its just a check-up to be sure your body is recovering ok.
