Secondary DNS Server???

I play xbox live i was thinking some of my games might be less laggy if i add a secondary DNS, would they be? if so how would i go about doing that or how do i check for one on my computer? i have windows Vista and i already know about ipconfig/all...

No, they wouldn't be.

DNS requests occur at the start of a transaction, once the game is up and running (which is when you experience lag), all the DNS requests have been made.
