Question:

Secondary hard drive died....now what?

On a one month old HP Elite desktop.I will be getting one sent in the mail,so.....just swap one for the other...or is there more to it than that?

  1. You send in the machine.

    You will not get your data back unless you recover it yourself before you RMA it....

    Your machine will probably cleared too, but hard to say....it HP you know....

    IBM\Lenovo would just send you the hard drive...


  2. assuming the operating system is installed yup thats about it....

    you do realise that your machine will be back to it's initial state though huh?
