Secret Look likely to lift his success ratio by fifty percent
Secret Look’s track record is really marvellous. Two wins off five starts indicate that the Ed McMahon trained chestnut colt is a runner of extra ordinary talent. He has proved to be equally effective in every sort of conditions.
Now, the two-year-old novice colt is keen to shoot his success ratio up to fifty percent by winning the Direct Waste Removal And Management Nursery that will take place at Nottingham racecourse on Wednesday.
In the class 4 contest of £3,429, the young British runner will compete against 8 mighty rivals over the distance of 5 furlongs and 13 yards with the surface being soft.
The best thing about the colt is that he has proved himself to be equally effective at various venues. Thus, he possesses a diverse experience.
Having passed through the long training session of almost three weeks, the son of Sakhee’s Secret out of Look Here’s Carol seems to be full of confidence.
Today, Secret Look will run under Franny Norton who was on his back when he debuted on June 23. The enthusiastic sprinter took a marvelous start by winning Christie Bucket Collectors Army Maiden Stakes at Haydock. He impressed all by beating the hot favourite
runner, Red Explorer, with the margin of 1 ¼ lengths.
The S. L. Edwards owned and bred colt went on to finish 5th in the Stobart Novice Stakes on July 19. After one more below-par performance, the brilliant sprinter nicely grabbed a classy triumph on September 15 when he beat Effie B to taste the
ace title of the Hertz Car Hire Nursery at Chester.
At the moment, Secret Look looks to be packed with enthusiasm. Hopefully, he will feel quite comfortable to run and win today.
Among his competitors, Senator Bong seems to be strong. The David Elsworth trained chestnut colt beautifully broke his maiden on October 3 by winning the 15-runner contest of EBF Betfred The Bonus King Maiden Stakes at Nottingham.
One thing is clear that Senator Bong will compete hard against Secret Look, but it seems pretty arduous for him to thrive. Let us enjoy the exciting battle. Good luck to both the colts.
