  1. Hm, possibly go to the local Police Station, and ask around, maybe the chief, if he knows any powerful people, and tell him what you have to offer, and see if he can set up a meeting with someone in a higher place, who needs someone with your abilities. Usually you have to be trained in a speciality, or more. Good luck! Hope I've helped!

  2. Secret agent?? for whom?

An agent is simply a person who does some work on behalf of other person. Thats the legal meaning of the word, applicable in UK as well. So in that sense, if you are sent to buy milk for someone; you are an agent. And if you dont disclose your Principal's identity then you are a "secret agent".

Do you mean a Detective? A private detective??? Some education in criminal psycology will be worth while. Even mathematics will work (Deductive analysis is taught in mathematics)!

  3. You want to work for MI5 or is it 6? I would suggest you excel at skills they would find useful. Computers (hacking), knowing a martial art would help, weaponry, or forensic accounting. Just excel at many different things, both physically and academically. You need to be very well rounded to be a secret agent. It helps if you're naturally fearless, courageous, and can improvise. Good luck.

  4. MI5/6 take students from the top British universities (Oxford/Cambridge/Durham etc). It's not usually the sort of thing you sign up to, if I'm right, they approach you instead and I imagine this is the case with all secret agencies.

They only take the brightest and the best.... as they ARE supposed to be protecting our country and dealing with abroad etc. I imagine being able to speak foreign languages would give you a boost in application, especially Eastern languages such as Arabic etc.

Watch (the glamorous yes, but more gritty and realistic than Bond) Spooks, my childhood dreams of being a spy were over when the new girl at MI5 got shoved in the deep fat fryer by the "baddies" who were trying to get something out of Tom. No thank you.

Oh I lied, I just found this for you:
