Secret keyboard letters/symbols??

i want to know all of them, and how to do all of them. thankyou!

for example:

press Alt with 6 on the rightside of the keyboard and you get: ♠

or alt with 3: ♥

and so on. though i know a few. i want to know all of them, show them to me, and write how you did it
