Secret shoppers allstate life insurance. Out of Topeka Kansas?

I received a check from Allstate Life Insurance. Asking me to be a secret shopper. Is this a fraud or scam.

That sounds like scam.

I am sure if you called Allstate Life Insurance they will confirm that.

Insurance companies are in insurance business not secret shoppers business.

This is a scam. Insurance companies do not send out money.  If there is an agents name and/or phone number then call them.
