Go to a $1 store and pick her up some gifts.  You can buy a little basket and then some scented soap, body wash, lotion, etc. and give her a nice gift.  Or they sell little porcelain type collectibles that you can give her, etc.

Sneak over to her home while she is busy and wash her car, etc.
