Secret ways to disguise a ring for engagement

I am planning on prposing to my g/f and want to make a memory to last a lifetime! THUS, I need some ideas on how to take the ring and do something unexpected. It has to be small and protable so she has no hint of whats going on. SOS! 8====D Thanks Yall

ok tel her ur gona do a magic tric!

tie a piece of string round her ring finger!

then tel her 2 close her eyes and slide the ring down the string onto her finger!

MAGIC!!

take a picture of yourself close up holding the ring, and a note "will you marry me?

Then attatch it to a 'pop goes the weasle box.

Give the box to her and she'll have to spin the handle while the music plays, then the box lid will flip open and there you are.

Probably not what you're looking for, but my husband proposed the day we went to pick up a kitten from the humane society (we had moved in together the month before, and both LOVE cats).  So he sat in the backseat while I drove home, and he tied it [loosely] on a ribbon around her neck.

Whatever you do, don't put it in anything edible.  I've heard of people accidentally swallowing a ring that was put in a champagne glass, or breaking a tooth on a ring that was put in a dessert of some kind.

I once heard of a guy having a special fortune-cookie company put the ring inside a fortune cookie, so when he took his girl out for Chinese, the waiter just brought it to her with the check, and she was totally surprised when she cracked open the cookie and her "fortune" was the ring!
