Section 308 in the air canada centre, are they okay?

I bought tickets for this upcoming concert, and i got section 309 row 1. i want to know if anyone knows how far these are, and if they were a waste of money.

There is a pulldown for which type of event you are attending.  I tried to post the "concert" seating chart but it may not remain that way with the link.
