Section 8 question?

What if i live in a different county can i still apply to another county waiting list for housing.Ok so i live in broward,but the waiting list is open in miami-dade county.

No, you can only apply in the county to live or work in.   If your job is in miami-wade you can apply there.

you can apply in any county, city or state you choose. If you have an active sect 8 voucher it may be portible, which means it will transfer to wherever you want to move and then you don't have to be on the waiting list.. you basically just transfer your file and look for a place..
