What to use to securely share informations between two locations, about 100 miles apart, including transfering CAD files (from plotter) between these 2 locations?

Put it on a disk, password the file, and physically move it is the most secure method.

If you mean via Internet, you need to store it in a non-public location (like, outside the server root) and provide the recipient with SSH keys to securely log in to the server. They can then SSH to the server over an encrypted connection to retrieve the files.

Do not store it in a public location, such as on a web site, without proper directory access controls.
