Security phone code (reset) for samsung j600

Question

My daughter changed the handset security code on her mobile last night
went to use the phone today and had forgotten the code is there away possible of reseting this code, have spoken to her network provider (she has a contract phone) and they have said they cant do it but they could give me a number of a company that can but it will cost me.
