you are at your officer post and an employee becomes angry when you request an inspection his or her possesions what would you do

Call your supervisor. You will need a witness anyway. If he backs you up and the employee still will not cooperate, he will contact the personnel department and the person will either submit to the search or face discharge and the police (called by the personnel supervisor).

there arent enough details: but the employee has every right to say "dont touch me" & walk out of the building, put their contraband in their car, lock it, then walk back in and then let you search all your heart desires
