CAN YOU TELL ME HOW I GET THIS I DID NOT DOWNLOAD WINDOWS. BUT SENT I HAD IT THE COMPUTER IS ACTTING A LITTE BETTER. I WOULD LIKE TO NO HOW IT GET THERE AND HOW CAN I GET IT OFF WITH OUT MESSING UP MY COMPUTER

Security updates are provided by Microsoft,through automatic updates, for protection of your operating system & other progrmmes.

You can also obtain updates , directly from microsoft.

(click start, all programmes, windows update or microsoft update)

Go to control panel

click automatic updates

to turn off updates, click on turn off updates

press ok

(not advisable, it should always be in on position).

To  view updates.

go to control panel

add  or remove programmes ,

click box show updates(at top)

you can view all updates downloaded to your computer.

here you can remove updates, by clicking remove.(not advisable, as updates are for protection & security of your system)
