It's great to see Val signed long term...lets hope people look back on this in a few years and say what a steal he is.  Now signing Hank and Franzen are pretty much the only major loose ends for the season ahead, but I have faith that Kenny will get things done....Go Wings

filps makes me happy.  so does the fact that lilja will be dealt and quincey will most likely be signed.

I'm extremely happy with it. 3million per season is a bit much but the length makes up for it. His point production is gonna seriously jump this season cause he will be probably playing with either Franzen and Hossa or Datsyuk and Holmstrom.

BTW- Drop one of the double Ls and add a P (Filppula)
