When trying to access (clicking my email button), nothing happens - it appears to be blocked - what do I do to unblock it and have access to my mail - urgent answer please.

What button are you clicking ? i just go to my mailbox and click on inbox

I think you'r computer it saturated with lot of junk, mail, stuff that you can delete. I used to have that problem. Until i delete it stuff that I never need or use!!

the shortcut may be bad, rightclick it and click properties and check if the address is correct. if it is, make a new one and delete the old one.

sometimes when this happens, the icom changes.

Which button? If it's a dedicated one on yr keyboard, do you have a driver disc for it? Reinstall?

If you mean yr. e-amil icon on the desktop doesn't work, not sure, sorry.
