The chance is very small, though not zero.  The chance that you would get struck would be somewhat increased if you were out in the open, or on top of a hill, or somewhere where you were the tallest object, and if you had the umbrella open, holding it above yourself.

Unless the umbrella is 30 ft high, it could most likely strike you.

But I doubt it.
