Seed starter mat by Pennington, can you still plant grass seed on top of this netting? ?

grass is growing, need to put down more grass seed can it be placed on top of the netting? This mattiing works very well.

Yes, you can add see on top of it, just cover the seeds with a light spreading of compost or organic soil to keep the birdies from eating it all up.
