Seeing Colors?

Question

Does anyone know why a person who is not under the influence of any type of narcotic would see colors? Large spots of yellow and pink . ( Shapes about double the size of a coffee table coaster. )

I use an acne treatment of my face. Could it be getting into my eyes or are the colors I occasionally see an effect of a chemical in my brain?

I have had the same problem for a few years. I went to an eye specialist and they told me I was fine. They also said it could possibly be Eye Migraines. I would suggest seeing an eye specialist about it.
