Seeing colours after bang on the head.?

Playing football (American), sometimes when I get a hard knock to the head, everything goes green. First happened when I suffered a mild concussion, then everything went pink. 2 years later, suffered mild but a slightly worse concussion and everything went green. Since then, sometimes if I get a hard knock on the head (eg helmet to helmet) everything goes green for about 30 seconds. There is some slight dizzyness but probably just from the bang to the head rather than the seeing green.

Anyone know anything about this???? (I plan seeing someone about it but I'm too busy right now so just thought I'd ask here)

I really think you should make time to seek a medical opinion no matter how busy you are. You really must look after your health. Phone someone for advice NOW

You should definitely make it a priority to see the doctor, they will likely perform scans. I was in a motorcycle accident a few months ago and when my head hit the pavement I remember standing up dazed and confused seeing a bunch of different colors. Needless to say I had a major concussion and had to be rushed to the hospital. It's normal when your having a concussion to see colors but it is certainly something to have checked out. As I said, make a priority of it. There could be underlying causes that may need to be treated.
