If you don't have ID you will not be able to travel across borders legally.

You can apply for refugee status locally, but that usually means spending the rest of your life in a refugee camp.

The alternative is to try and get to a country that will provide assistance to refugees. For that you need luck or money.

Do some online research and get in touch with organisations that assist refugees. Probably canada and the UK are the best places at the moment, but public opinion is turning against refugees in the UK and you might end up in a situation like Australia, which recently has been very unfriendly to refugees.

More information would have helped me answer your question. But you will find people willing to help refugees everywhere.
