how do i know who my soulmate is? i'm a libra and a dog. how do i know if my soulmate is just somewhere around me?

if you are asking for horoscope answers it would be someone with another air sign (libra is an air sign) like gemini or aquarius and the chinese zodiac of horse or tiger.

so  gemini tiger, gemini horse, aquarius tiger, aquarius horse, or libra tiger, libra horse, possibly any of those mixed with dog too.  But that's just western and chinese zodiac.  Anyone can be your soulmate without having those signs, with trust and understanding and love :)  good sense of humor helps too hehe
