Seeking your gift suggestions under $50.00 for an 18 year old niece that is highly intelligent and outgoing?

This is a special young person whose heart and mind is filled with kindness and caring for other people. My wife and I want to get her something special but we are living on a fixed income and we can not afford more than $50.00. Thank you for your suggestions.

How about a gas gift card?  Most young adults would certainly appreciate a thought such as this since it would give her the availability to help other people.  :)
