Seelie and Unseelie courts (Faerie)?

Question

As we all know unseelie as described by Laurell K hamilton, have very strict punishments, but what about the seelie, do they have punishments, what is there court like??

The Seelie court did not like to be seen in their revels, or interrupted in them. . .  They punished humans, some times extremely, though there is no standard punishment.  I recommend you read Katharine Briggs' The Vanishing People.
