Seen a turtle in my yard what kind could it be?

i live in mobile alabama the tutle had a yellowish brown shell and a yellowish belly and its mouth looked like it had two fains....what kind could it be?? just woundering what kind of reptiles i live around

i'm guessing a box turtle since they're so common
