Seen the grim reaper??

well i was walking home at about 3 am nd i was walknig past a stone seat it was like a tombstone seat its said in memorey of (then name) 1912-1934 then i walk past it then i turnd my head then i thought i see nthe grim reaper then i look back again then it was gone i started running then it apperd behide me again i ran as hard as i couled it he real?well i beliveing ghosts but i dont relly beliveing the grim reaper

Here is the story of the Grim Reaper;

Once upon a time in Denmark, there was a wicked prince known for his tyranny and merciless bullying of the populace.  He was very arrogant as he had many talents, and among warriors he was without peer.  The prince enjoyed hunting, when, one day, a stranger riding a black horse clad in a black hood came riding by.  The prince felt insulted because the stranger had cut him off, and so, he said he was going to kill him.

The stranger said, he would let the prince kill him, but first, he had to be worthy, so he challenged him to a hunting game.  The Danish prince, arrogantly proud and supremely confident, took the challenge.  The challenge was to hunt a white stag, and to down it without killing it.  And so the prince, and the raspy voiced stranger with the claw hand, rode after the stag.  Each of them was given a white stag to hunt.  The prince killed his quarry, and because the stranger had seemingly dropped out of the hunt long before it was over, the prince assumed he had been victorious, but he was wrong.

The stranger had galloped with unnatural speed, and in half the time it took the prince to hunt his stag, he was already done.  The stranger said to the prince, in a deep, raspy voice, pointing its claw hand at him saying;

"death, prince, I am he; you are wicked, and you are greedy, and you want much.  Since it is much you want, you can have all of the dead of this world......"

And thus, cursed with a black robe that tore off his flesh, leaving only rotting flesh and flies on a skeleton, armed with a sickle, the former prince from Denmark was cursed to wonder the earth collecting the souls of those about to die.

And that, is the story of the Grim Reaper.  In Berman's "The 7th Seal," apparently Grimmy misses his homeland, that is why "death" plays chess with a danish prince.

im no paranormal buff, but according to Charmed (i love that show) you are probably going to die soon. anyone who sees the grim reaper, or the angel of death, w.e you want to call him, usually dies. sorry man, i hope you go to heaven. :)

I think you definitely saw something.  Be careful, 3 am is the witching hour, it mocks the hour christ died..so you should really be careful..and maybe there was something that happened to that person that a demon or the reaper is lurking around still.  Try finding some more out about them. i'll answer your question in just a minute. first i want to say something to the other answerers. ghosts are real! so r demons, so are angels. the grim reaper is a type of demond, wich, if you believe in God, h**l, angels, or demonds, you believe in the grim reaper. and if u dont have anything nice to say dont say anything at all! no to your question.....

yes i definitaly believe you saw something. if you are telling the truth, and u really saw the grim reaper(grim reapers are demonds) u saw a demond.

the grim reaper is just a legend a farmer made after his son died because he "said" he saw a skeleton with his scythe and he thought he had killed his son so he told everybody in the village that this so called grim reaper took his son......... but really the grim reaper is just another version of the death angel...and the grim reaper a.k.a death angel does not work for the devil.... grim means appearing forbidding or harsh and reaper means one who reaps so  when this are combined  it  can means creature  who appears foribidding and who reaps the alive...
