Seimens 611U Problems?

I am an Automation Engineer. I work for AVAND GRP Pipe Co. at Ahwaz -Iran. We have some problems with one of the GRP Pipe Machine that use SIEMENS SIMODRIVE 611 U .Drive Specifications that used explain below

When we have no load on gearbox side then motor can speed up to maximum speed.

But After coupling normal load gearbox motor start with normal ,speed can be increased only up to about 700 rmp (%30 of maximum speed) beacuase I/R module go to fault(DC-LINK Over Voltage Fault) and at same tme drive module stay at RUN mode. If you increase load more, then in lower speed I/R module go to fault (DC-LINK over Voltage)

I think coupling of motor with gear box is weak & not so good .

Thre can be two possible problems

1) Either you have not entered the ratings of your motor correctly in the drive settings.

2) there is a percentage slip compensation setting - it might  not be properly set
