  1. No no, I wasn't scammed, I bought a 1994 Buick Roadmaster for $650 off this website, I wasn't scammed, though I have heard they scam some people. I don't know, If you don't trust them, don't use them, only advise I can tell you.

You can find them by calling the agencies or finding out which newspaper in your area is the official announcement media for auctions. You can also go to FirstGov.gov to find federal auctions.
